Brian was born and raised in Northern Virginia, grew up in the real estate and construction industry and is the definition of a self-made entrepreneur. He has been buying and selling property, investing, reinvesting, building and renovating homes since the early 90s, and has built and branded several real estate development and construction businesses over the years. Always forward-thinking, he was a founding partner in the area’s first Keller Williams franchise and was one of the first in his region to use energy star products and build “green”. He even hosted a home and garden TV show before HGTV was the thing. Brian is a husband and father of 5 (4 who are adulting and 1 youngster who keeps the energy high). An experienced peloton-er and novice pickle ball-er, he, his wife and their youngest daughter relocated to the Venice, Florida area in search of warmer weather and a more active lifestyle.
Brian never quits trying to improve and be his best. That is the secret to his success in business and in life. He is a hard worker who never takes short cuts, but always finds ways to do the task more efficiently, with better ideas, better resources and in a way that exceeds expectations.
